Knowledge of message types such as SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS, Telex, and IntelliTRACS system is an advantage.Responsibilities:Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of a service center or department environmentCollect data and prepare related operational reportsPrepare input forms for automated data processing systemsUtilize the company's internal operations to perform dutiesCoordinate projects and furnish information to authorized personsProvide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretationJob Expectations:Strong knowledge of payment investigations and various case typesStrong knowledge of SWIFT messages and Fed MessagesAbility to multi-task effectively and interpret documents or requests receivedStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and excellent data entry skillsGood math, reconciliation, and accounts skillsAbility to work quickly and accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanshipQuick learner with the ability to retain a high
