Position Overview:

As a Tele Sales Executive at TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients to promote our software testing services. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of IT services and software testing.

Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce TESTRIQ QA LAB and its comprehensive range of software testing services.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software testing services, addressing client needs and challenges.

Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of their business objectives.

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and coordinate efforts for key accounts.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software testing.

Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.
