Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, ERP operations, or automation roles (preferred)

Responsibilities: 
·Manage and maintain the organizations IT systems, ensuring uptime, connectivity, and performance.

· Execute and validate TCS ERP manufacturing entries with precision and timeliness.

· Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Excel Macros, VBA, Power Automate, or similar tools.

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize IT systems and workflows.

· Maintain documentation for IT processes, ERP entries, and automation scripts.

· Provide basic IT training and support to internal users.
