Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Description:We are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing leads, handling customer inquiries, facilitating test rides, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor consistentlyGenerate leads from showroom walk-ins and phone inquiriesRecord customer inquiries in the system with comprehensive informationShowcase scooters to potential customersConduct test rides and effectively convert them into finalized salesAddress customer questions about scooter specifications, delivery timelines, pricing, and financing optionsFinalize sales and follow up with customers as necessaryKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Percentage of completed test rides from scheduled test ridesPercentage of sales conversion from completed test ridesAdherence to processes with no deviation from standard operating procedures (SOPs)Ensure a high level of customer experience with no negative feedbackCustomer experience (CX) ratingRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking is preferred12th pass/Graduation/DiplomaMust possess a valid driving license and be skilled in drivingExceptional communication skillsBenefitsSALARY will be upto - LPA CTC PF + ESIC Incentives​
