Supplier Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers, addressing concerns and setting improvement targets.Ensure suppliers comply with company policies and ethical standards.4. Market and Trend AnalysisAnalyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.Stay updated on changes in the FMCG industry to anticipate shifts in demand or supply.Identify opportunities to introduce new product lines or improve existing ones.5. Budget Management and Cost ControlManage the procurement budget, ensuring cost savings and value-for-money deals.Monitor and report on procurement costs and savings achieved.Implement cost-control measures without compromising on quality.6. Compliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
