Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business growth across the Patiala region. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by strengthening relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies, identifying new project opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the building materials sector. With a strong focus on channel management and market intelligence, this position plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility and customer satisfaction across the region.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.Expand and manage a robust network of dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.Generate new business through direct engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.Identify, pursue, and close project opportunities from initial lead to final order execution.Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and gather actionable insights.Foster and sustain long-term partnerships with key channel partners and industry influencers.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, payment collection, and high customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly sales reports and market feedback for management review.RequirementsRequirements:Graduate in any discipline.3–7 years of proven experience in building materials or interior products sales.In-depth market knowledge and established professional networks within the Patiala region.Demonstrated success in project sales and managing dealer/distributor networks.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
