Job description Roles and Responsibilities1. Field Sales Activities:o Conduct market visits to promote VBOND products and generate new leads.o Achieve assigned sales targets by selling construction and building materials to retailers, distributors, and contractors.2. Customer Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.o Act as a point of contact for addressing client queries and providing product-related guidance.3. Sales Reporting:o Submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.o Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve sales performance.4.
