Job Description

Evaluation of new deals or potential investmentsDue diligence and deal executionPortfolio monitoring and asset managementOversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligationsAlternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT CityParticipate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness.

The Successful Applicant

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in financial institutions and investment banksEducation Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA / CFASector Outlook: Exposure to Real Estate investments preferred/ Real Estate Deals at IPCs/Investment BanksLocation: GIFT CityExcellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
