Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

  • Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor team performance.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, from initiation to closure.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate with clients and third parties/vendors for the effective execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status to meet client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks, develop to handle them and deal with challenges proactively.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards and requirements.
  • Conduct regular testing and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of project activities, progress, and decisions. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps, and other documents as required to adhere to ISO standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure that project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) are applied consistently.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project performance, gather and document the lessons learned.
  • Recommend and document improvements for future projects based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You have working knowledge of aws, AI/ML and Project Management
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments


Qualifications and skills

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Experience communication within organization at all levels, with clients and third parties.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and outcomes.
  • Experience in managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
