Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects efficiently, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget and with Good Coding skills. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and maintaining project documentation while optimizing resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Proactively manage risks, changes, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to team members, leveraging their strengths to maximize performance and ensure goals are met.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and budgets, while providing regular updates to management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and direct team members to achieve objectives.
  • Coding skills: Possess strong knowledge in coding languages such as Laravel and PHP.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
