Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (Work in PST Zone)

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Work in the PST Time Zone to collaborate with international clients effectively and stakeholders.
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication, bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving project roadblocks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients and senior management.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. PMP Certification is a must.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with international clients and internal teams effectively.
3. Strong technical background with an understanding of Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
6. Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed team environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience working in a digital marketing, IT, or software development company.
2. Understanding of cloud-based solutions, DevOps, or SaaS platforms.
3. Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks.
