Application Tech Support Practitioner=====================================Summary-----------As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients and the systems or applications they use. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system operation. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to deliver high-quality service, provide effective solutions, and deepen your product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and system performance.Responsibilities-------------------Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application and system supportCollaborate and manage a team to achieve goals and objectivesMake key decisions that impact team performance and system reliabilityEngage with multiple teams to contribute to strategic decisions and problem-solvingProvide solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teamsFacilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharingMonitor system performance and proactively address potential issuesRequirements----------------Must-Have Skills:+ Proficiency in Linux+ Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques+ Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python+ Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization+ Ability to work with monitoring tools to ensure system reliabilityAdditional Requirements:+ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Linux+ 15 years of full-time education+ Immediate joiners with a notice period of zero months
