Working under minimal supervision, the Internal Communications Specialist III position will be responsible for not only establishing but also overseeing our entire spectrum of internal communication processes. The primary objective of the individual in this position will be to create effective strategies to share internal company information seamlessly with all.

The Internal Communications Specialist III will work closely with the internal teams from various geographic locations to plan internal campaigns, execute them and optimize them on a day-to-day basis. This individual will be responsible for developing high-level internal communications material, including presentations, company announcements, newsletters and should have experience of writing for different stakeholders.

This role requires the individual to work and collaborate with team members spanning various departments across different geographic locations. Possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask will be highly advantageous. In this role you will:
Develop, write and edit a variety of communication materials for internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, company announcements, letters from the senior leaders, policy and processes reminders, employee engagement messages, etc. Take charge of and elevate the monthly newsletter, presenting a comprehensive snapshot of the preceding month. Interview employees from across services, corporate functions to create compelling stories that are engaging and tied to the ResultsCX values. Conceptualize and execute company-wide campaigns for optimal impact and engagement. Collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring all communication aligns seamlessly with ResultsCX brand guidelines. Research and understand the needs of the audience and accordingly design and execute relevant communication in collaboration with designated internal teams. Continuously collaborate and anticipate the needs of business partners and the enabling functions and translate communication requirements into digital solutions. Formulate the initial draft of social media copy in adherence to ResultsCX guidelines. Stay abreast of the latest trends in communication and propose innovative approaches to enhance existing processes. May coach/mentor junior peers in the department under the guidance of the Marketing Director. We are looking for someone who has:

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education requirement.
