Roles and Responsibilities

1. JOB PURPOSE
The position will be responsible for end to end product management for Rural Consumer Durables Loans
Manage the Key Product function responsibilities for Rural Consumer Durables Loans- New Product Innovation,
Expansion strategy new product category and market.Distribution Management of DSA, Dealer Partners and
their Working Capital requirements.3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities associated with the job
Distribution Management
Experience and understanding of high-volume financial services product
Productivity Management
Designing and implementing strategies to optimize business potential of Sales Team and distribution
partners
Conceptualize, Design and drive promotions framework for distribution Partners and Sales Hierarchy
Identify gaps in existing process and propose improvement thru system and process interventions
Identify opportunities of business growth in new geographies with end to end business golive and
handover to sales team
Identify Growth opportunities thru expansion of categories in existing LOB
Drive high impact business technology projects and initiatives within the business for capability building,
and to achieve efficiencies and higher profitability
Operational and business
Identifying process gaps at Sales end and Product end and looking for resolutions through concerned
stakeholder
Track, monitor and drive KPIs
Daily and monthly reviews on what’s working well
Identify gaps and take corrective measures
Relationship management
Work with key stakeholders including marketing, IT, PMO, CC, Risk, Debt Management, Legal
Compliance and Sales to drive given agenda
4. MAJOR CHALLENGES
Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job
System and Process Monitoring
Multiple Internal Stakeholder Management along with Partner Management
Sales process to be with Regulatory framework and Managing Internal compliance benchmarks

Educational Qualifications and Skills
MBA with 6 years of experience in Financial Services domain with exposure to Distribution Management,
Project Management, New Product Development and Data Analytics. Understanding of Digital platforms
and application.
