Job Summary:
This role seeks a dedicated Senior Backend Engineer with a deep understanding of building, scaling, and maintaining production services. The right candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new services that address critical product and business needs. As part of our tech team based in New Delhi (with remote options in Hyderabad), you'll have the chance to make significant contributions to our product and technical roadmap, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop new services using Golang to meet critical business and product requirements. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership to translate product and technical visions into actionable quarterly roadmaps. Write high-quality, well-tested code that fulfills the needs of customers. Scale and maintain production services, ensuring their reliability and performance. Participate in the architectural design and review process to create a service-oriented architecture. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in Golang; Ruby experience is a bonus. Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures. Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, well-tested code. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in backend development, is required. Experience in building financial systems or similar domains is preferred, reflecting a passion for creating innovative solutions that have a global impact.

Education:
