Grow Your Staff is looking for aBackend Engineerfor a Computer Software firm in Germany. The position is afull-timeremote opportunity.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany.Experience required:5 years+ CTC:15-20 LPA Time:1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday) Location:Remote Type of employment:Full-timeResponsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript. Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using MongoDB. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance applications. Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and AWS-based deployments. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices in DevOps and backend development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend development and deployment. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with MongoDB database management and optimization. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working with Kubernetes and AWS. Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or a similar role. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.Benefits: Work-from-home environment.
