The Successful Candidate:** A successful Payroll Manager should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proficiency in payroll software and systems.A thorough understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws in India.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
