Role Overview:

Handle litigation matters related to labour and employment before various courts and tribunals.

Draft and review pleadings, employment contracts, advisory notes, and internal policy documents.

Advise clients on employment law, disciplinary proceedings, workplace investigations, and compliance.

Lead client interactions, support strategic case planning, and manage juniors where needed.

Requirements:

5–6 years of relevant experience in Labour & Employment litigation.

Mandatory experience at a Tier 1 law firm.

Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills.

Ability to independently manage matters and work in a high-performance environment.
