Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across non-technical functions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining a candidate-centric approach and driving continuous improvement through data and analytics. Additionally, you will support key HR operations, contributing to a seamless employee experience and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building talent pipelines that fuel growth.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Leverage diverse sourcing channels—job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring—to build a strong talent pipeline.Ensure a positive candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the organization throughout the hiring process.Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.Manage vendor relationships and evaluate agency performance for both niche and bulk hiring needs.Plan and execute recruitment drives including campus hiring, walk-ins, and special talent acquisition events.Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS/HR databases, ensuring compliance and data integrity.Assist with payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and implementation of HR policies.Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely operational HR support.Contribute to HR audits, documentation, and preparation of HR-related MIS reports.Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.RequirementsRequirements:5–10 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitment and talent acquisition.Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.Strong proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, and managing recruitment drives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, with experience in generating reports and dashboards.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
