With a strong presence across domestic and international markets, the company has consistently demonstrated excellence in product innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centricity.As the organization expands its digital capabilities, it is building a strong Digital Transformation team to reimagine business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive data-led innovation.Job DescriptionBusiness Analysis & Requirement GatheringUnderstand business needs and identify digital opportunities.Translate business goals into functional, technical, and data requirements.Project Execution & CoordinationManage user stories in Jira or similar platforms.Lead/support digital initiatives like:Analytics platformsAutomation toolsAI/GenAI pilotsDigital productsStakeholder ManagementCoordinate between business, product, data, and tech teams.Partner with consulting firms and vendors.Performance Monitoring & Change ManagementDefine KPIs and monitor post-implementation performance.Drive documentation, training, and adoption.The Successful ApplicantSuccessful Candidate Profile:Educational Background:MBA from a reputed institute (preferred specialization: Strategy, Operations, Information Systems)Alternatively, 5-7 years of relevant experience for non-MBA candidatesProfessional Experience:1-3 years (post-MBA) or 5-7 years (non-MBA) in digital transformation, consulting, product management, or analyticsExperience in business analysis and translating business needs into technical and data requirementsTechnical & Functional Skills:Proficient in writing and managing user stories in Jira or similar platformsFamiliar with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologiesExposure to analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI/GenAI technologies (preferred but not mandatory)Industry Exposure:Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors is a strong advantageSoft Skills & Attributes:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical thinker with attention to detailComfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environmentsDemonstrates initiative, ownership, and a collaborative mindsetRole Fit:Digitally fluent and business-savvyCapable of driving innovation while aligning with organizational goals
