We’re on the lookout for a Data Engineer - Senior II to architect and maintain high-performance data platforms that fuel decision-making and innovation.If you enjoy designing scalable pipelines, optimising data systems, and leading with technical excellence, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, outcome-driven culture.Requirements5 to 7 years of experience in data engineeringArchitect and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable data platforms and pipelinesDesign and implement data lake/data warehouse solutions such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Delta LakeBuild real-time and batch data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Kafka, Spark, and DBTEnsure data governance, lineage, quality, and observabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies, architecture, and KPIsLead code reviews and enforce best practicesMentor junior and mid-level engineersOptimize query performance, data storage, and infrastructureIntegrate CI/CD workflows for data deployment and automated testingEvaluate and implement new tools and technologies as requiredDemonstrate expert-level proficiency in Python and SQLPossess deep knowledge of distributed systems and data processing frameworksBe proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and CI/CD processesHave experience with streaming platforms like Kafka or Kinesis and orchestration toolsBe highly skilled with Airflow, DBT, and data warehouse performance tuningExhibit strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skillsBenefitsWe don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
