In this role, you’ll work on high-impact initiatives using state-of-the-art ML techniques and contribute to our next generation of AI-driven products. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior talent and play a key role in shaping our Data Science culture. If you’re excited about LLMs, Transformer architectures, and pushing the boundaries of applied AI, this is where you belong. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end machine learning projects—from research and experimentation to deployment in production. Conduct in-depth research, stay updated on the latest advancements, and translate cutting-edge ideas into real-world solutions. Read, evaluate, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI and deep learning domains. Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns through project execution and best practices. Design, develop, and optimize ML and deep learning models to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into insights and models into scalable products. Contribute to technical decision-making and drive innovation within the team. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. Strong foundation in Statistics, Probability, and ML fundamentals. Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with data science workflows. Practical expertise with ML/DL libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Strong understanding of ML algorithms—Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc. Deep experience with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. Proven ability to implement theoretical models into clean, production-ready code. Demonstrated experience delivering high-impact, end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
