Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end FSL solution design and architecture. Define system integrations, mobile strategies, and data migration approaches. Provide technical governance and best practices for developers and consultants. Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance in FSL implementations. Act as a key advisor to stakeholders on FSL capabilities and roadmap. Mentor junior team members and oversee solution delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/Engineering. 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 4+ years in FSL. Proven track record of leading FSL architecture and large-scale implementations. Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect certifications required (CTA preferred). Strong leadership, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days in a week
