  • Music programmer as part of the NMACC programming team to be responsible for developing and executing diverse music programs, performances, and workshop in the different spaces of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre -NMACC that aligns with the Centre vision and mission and the leadership directions to create a music hub for artists and audience in the different genres of music.
  • The candidate will specialize in the pop/indie/rock/Jazz and blues music, must have minimum 5 years experience of programming, booking, and promoting different artists in different venues and markets, previous experience with international music label is preferred.
  • The candidate must have extensive knowledge in music trends, emerging artists, music events and festivals to ensure engaging and renewed programming.
  • The candidate will book artists, and musicians, negotiate deals under the supervision and guidance of his senior management. The candidate will work on artists contracts and documents as requested and as per the company policies.
  • Oversee the logistics of performances, including venue setup, sound equipment, ticketing, and audience engagement strategies in coordination with the relative departments and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical staff to ensure high-quality production and presentation of music events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content that promotes the performances as per the company standards and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets for music programming, ensuring that music performances are financially viable and meet organizational goals.
  • Bachelors degree in Music, Arts Management or related fields.
  • Experience in programming, event management, and artist relations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various music genres and the music industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse audiences.
