Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Design and Implementation of Strategy
- Design end-to-end member’s awareness & enrolment campaigns from conception to execution
and post analysis.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness.
- Spearhead member outreach and engagement programmes for recruitment and retention of
members
- Understanding of the music landscape and music creator community of the region
- Budgeting and planning to ensure best utilization of the funds for achieving desired results
Brand Representative
- Represent the brand professionally and exhibit an enthusiastic demeanour while interacting
with author, publishers, and composers.
- Identify and create opportunities to increase brand visibility in the region
Stakeholder management
- Build and maintain strong member relationships, with a problem-solving approach towards
addressing their queries and concerns.
- Build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth on boarding of new members into the
organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication,
coordination and implementation of membership initiative and campaigns.
Team Management
- Responsible for team management as per the membership functional priorities

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
