This world renowned Blue chip Healthcare manufacturing company are looking for someone who is both creative and also in touch with consumer insights and can tap into those insights to provide the best packaging solutions to their customers. Healthcare experience would be a great advantage (but not a prerequisite) but would also consider FMCG, Personal Care, Household, Hygiene. This is a globally reaching role working with factories throughout the world. The packaging technologies involved include injection moulding, injection blow moulding, caps, laminates, sachets, blister packs, flow restrictors. Other experience sought include stakeholder engagement and being able to really sell an idea, working with cross functional teams, legislation/regulations in healthcare. You must be able to handle multiple projects at one time, handle a fast development cycle, be computer literate and comfortable with powerpoint presentations and KPI’s. Also very experienced in managing project timelines (eg. Microsoft Project). Work with global factories, good communication skills, be proactive, keep the project moving forward, problem solving, risk assessment, collaboration with teams both internally & externally. Some international travel to visit factories etc. There are many opportunities for progression in what is going to be an expanding, newly created centre of packaging excellence.
