Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager-Team Lead – Study Abroad. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of study abroad consultants and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of study abroad programs. This is a full-time position based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 4+ years of experience in study abroad consultancy or a similar role Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, admission processes, and visa requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively lead a team and provide guidance and support Good organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Familiarity with educational systems and institutions in countries like the UK,Canada and Germany Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of study abroad consultants, providing guidance and support Develop and maintain relationships with overseas educational institutions Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study abroad programs and admission requirements Assist students in the application process, including document preparation and visa guidance Coordinate and organize events, workshops, and seminars related to study abroad programs Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the international education sector Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of student information Track and analyze team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
