JOB DETAILS Spearheading the complete plant operations and engineering functionsLeading the production activities and monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion Assuring the achievement of organizational targets as per budgeted parameters Enforcing the quality and productivity improvement systems & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall process operations Conceptualizing and implementing effective schedules for timely procurement of machinery, equipment and spare parts to meet production targets Engaged in developing, implementing and maintaining 5S systems,Lean,Kaizen & procedures Involved in implementing and maintaining MIS reports on monthly basis Addressed the customer complaints at the factory level in stipulated time Allocation of resources like material, manpower with respect to production plan. Co-ordination with the maintenance department to carried out preventive and breakdown maintenance. Export containers shipments planning.
