They leverage a wide network of investors, business houses, industry experts, multilateral organisations, government agencies, and seasoned entrepreneurs and professionals to help food and agribusinesses achieve business goals and create lasting, sector wide impact.Job DescriptionThe CIO's responsibilities will involve but not be limited to -Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with organisational objectivesOversee portfolio management to ensure optimal allocation of resourcesConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for investment activitiesAnalyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovationCollaborate with stakeholders to align investments with long-term financial goalsLead and mentor the investment team to drive performance and efficiencyEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements in all investment activitiesPrepare detailed reports and presentations on investment performance and strategiesThe Successful ApplicantA successful Chief Investment Officer should have:Educational Qualification - Has completed their education from a Tier-1 institute in IndiaExperience Required - 11-13 years of experience in an Investing role and has completed multiple end-to-end transactionsProven expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, and risk assessmentExcellent knowledge of the banking and financial services industryProficiency in financial modelling and market analysis toolsStrong leadership and decision-making skills to guide the investment teamAbility to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders effectivelyExperience in working within regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance
