Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business growth strategy. - Oversee marketing and sales teams. - Drive digital initiatives and client lifecycle management. - Collaborate with product and investment teams on go-to-market. Requirements: - MBA or equivalent in Business/Finance. - 15+ years in AMC or investment industry leadership. - Experience scaling businesses and partnerships. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - AUM growth rate. - Client retention and satisfaction (NPS). - Channel partner expansion. - Marketing ROI and digital conversion. Reporting Line: Additional Responsibilities Govern business risks, including distribution and misselling. Identify and escalate early warning signals and fraud in sales. Provide input to RO/CEO on distribution risk metrics and appetite. Update and test risk registers for sales/marketing-related controls. Report mis-selling cases, negative inspection remarks, and investor suitability breaches. Govern distribution risks, detect mis-selling, and analyze investor portfolio risk appetite. Perform periodic RCSA testing, track escalation of frauds, and ensure risk reports are shared with CEO.
