- Lead user acquisition through paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, influencer, affiliate marketing).
- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Develop and execute SEO & ASO strategies to drive organic app and web traffic.
- Leverage growth hacking techniques to accelerate new user sign-ups.
- Define and execute Fotato’s brand positioning and messaging to differentiate from competitors .
- Lead ATL (TV, Radio, OOH) and BTL (on-ground activations, influencer marketing) campaigns.
- Drive social media, PR, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand recall.
- Build and optimize customer retention, loyalty, and engagement programs.
- Develop data-driven personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Improve customer churn rates, repeat order frequency, and LTV through targeted engagement.
- Forge co-marketing partnerships with restaurant brands, FMCG companies, fintech, and loyalty programs.
- Identify and execute strategic alliances that drive customer engagement and order growth.
- Own marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and dashboard reporting.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize acquisition, conversion rates, and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to enhance user experience and funnel optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team across growth, brand, digital, and CRM functions.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business goals.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in scaling user acquisition and retention for a high-growth consumer tech platform.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, ASO, and CRM automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and A/B testing.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams.
