Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Lead Generation Executive for our Pune location. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for individuals with up to 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our customer base.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and best practices to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing) for qualifying leads. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with potential clients and establishing valuable relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and determine the most promising leads and opportunities.
  • Experience working with SQL to manage data relevant to lead generation processes effectively.
  • Knowledge of HQL for executing queries that support lead analysis and targeting strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and targets efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve challenges encountered during the lead generation process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including digital platforms and networking events.
  • Develop a strong understanding of EMentor's services and market positioning to engage effectively with prospects.
  • Use BANT criteria to qualify prospects and ensure alignment with our sales strategy before transitioning to sales teams.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential leads and regularly update contact details and interaction history.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and support follow-up activities.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and provide insights to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the lead generation process.
