Job Summary

We are seeking ambitious individuals to manage and grow our sales pipeline.

Candidates who are eager to learn, take ownership of work, and drive growth would be ideal.

We seek individuals who can plan and execute email campaigns, generate and qualify leads, and excel in all forms of communication.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the lead generation process to ensure that the sales funnel is full of hot leads.

Maximize sales funnel efficiency using effective communication and outreach activities.

Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.

Use Apollo, and LinkedIn to find prospects that fit our ICP.

Use the campaign data, market research data, and experience to maintain an updated ICP.

Create hyper-personalized email and message copies for outreach activities.

Do online research for the best execution of outreach activities.

Create and run targeted social media campaigns to boost engagement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve our lead generation process.

Qualify leads and set up meetings and calls with the sales team.

Participate in regular training sessions and webinars to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in international sales, specifically in the US and European markets

Ready to work in US Shift: 4 PM to 12:30 AM IST

MBA or a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a lead generation role.

Must-have skills: Excellent English communications skills and experience using Apollo.io for email campaigns and prospecting.

Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100+ calls per day.

Ability to Handle objections and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the Decision makers.

Strong skills in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.

Having IT(Tech) sales experience would be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
