Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team at Koffeetech Communications. The role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads to fuel the agency's business pipeline. This position is critical in driving company growth by connecting with prospects and converting them into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through multiple channels (cold calling, email outreach, , social media, etc.).
- Research potential clients and build a database of qualified leads in industries such as real estate, education, healthcare, e-commerce, and BFSI.
- Could you collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and pipeline growth?
- I'd like you to go ahead and execute personalized email campaigns and follow-ups to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, challenges, and business needs.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, ensuring seamless lead tracking.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets and report key metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Business Development team with qualified leads.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Intense research and prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
