We are currently looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join us at our facility in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities:

Refinish Business Investment Program 50%

Financial validation of IRR and Gross Margin on proposed business investments based on discussion with business team. Understanding specific requirement of investment proposals from business team and calculating IRR according to unique requirement of the deal. Update contract financials in SFDC and manage end to end approval process. Executing agreements. Creation and management of customer’s accounts in SFDC. Preparing MIS from SFDC and sharing with Management.

Refinish Growth Initiatives 25%

Support M&A, Route to Market and Economy Growth Plan initiatives through analytics

Credit Management 25%

Supervise Credit Executive in monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate appropriate collection actions. Organize and lead monthly collection calls with business. Determining appropriate credit limits for customers through analysis of past transaction patterns and external customer financial data. Customer master data maintenance. New customer account creations/modifications Periodic reviews of customers risk profile based on customer segmentation. Co-ordinating with external risk agency wherever required. Controlling and monitoring order release activities.  Preparing MIS for management (AR, weekly cash projections). Work with Cash Application and billing team to ensure collections are applied correctly. Coordinating with banks and dealers for disbursal under dealer financing programs. Work closely with the sales, CSR and other cross-functional teams in addressing credit and collection issues.

Key requirements:

Degree in finance, accounting or business Chartered Account or equivalent and / or MBA preferred 5-10 years of experience in FP&A / Credit / Accounting in MNCs with a track record of increasing responsibilities Strong team working skills and the ability to collaborate with business team Ability to quickly understand business nuances in Indian market Excellent oral and written communication skills in dealing with senior management Detail, deadline and goal-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet, powerpoint and modeling skills Familiarity with SAP
