Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and specific requirements.
Understand their preferences for venues, themes, decor, catering, entertainment, and other related services.
Planning and Coordination: Develop a comprehensive wedding plan, including timelines, budgets, vendor selection, and negotiations.
Coordinate all aspects of the event.
Labour Management: Getting work done by Flower team, Decoration Team as per design.
Vendor Management: Research, select, and manage vendors, including Led Lights, Generator, and other service providers.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure they understand the client's expectations and deliver high-quality services.
Budget Management: Create and maintain budgets for each wedding project, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting client expectations.
Track expenses, review invoices, and negotiate pricing with vendors to maximise value.
