Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leases, and other real estate matters.Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulatory requirements.Support dispute resolution and liaise with external counsel when necessary.Conduct due diligence for property-related transactions.Advise on risk management strategies and legal implications for real estate projects.Work closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.Prepare reports and updates for senior management on legal matters.The Successful Applicant
A degree in law from a recognised institution and relevant legal qualifications.PQE of 8-10 yearsExperience in handling real estate matters, including property transactions and compliance.Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in India, especially in Maharashtra, Goa and north IndiaExcellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.-
