Job Description

Job Profile

Position: Tech Lead / Engineering Manager

Location: Mumbai Qualification: Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Flutter, Android, iOS, and .NET developers.

• Oversee the entire mobile application lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.

• Define and manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource planning.

• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and product teams.

• Coordinate with server/backend engineers for API integration and cloud deployments.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce clean architecture practices.

• Handle CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployments to the Play Store and App Store.

• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications with optimized performance and scalability.

• Develop web or desktop applications using .NET technologies.

• Familiarity with server-side concepts, cloud functions, and database management (SQL).

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, and automated build/release systems.

• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional development teams.

• Strong background in mobile application development using Flutter, Android, and iOS platforms.

• Expertise in .NET technologies and backend development.

• Familiarity with capital markets or trading platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
