The firm's expertise spans a broad spectrum of critical processes—from finance and accounting to human resources, customer service, and supply chain management - enabling clients to enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and achieve business agility on a massive scale.Job Title: US Mortgage -ForeclosureLocation:Hyderabad / MumbaiShift: US ShiftMode: WFO – 5 Days Experience: Minimum of 2 year and maximum 8 year of relevant experience requiredKey Responsibilities:Role Summary: Responsible for managing the administrative and documentary stages of the mortgage foreclosure process in compliance with federal and state regulations (including CFPB and RESPA).Key Responsibilities:Pre-Foreclosure Review: Execute rigorous due diligence and checklist completion to confirm all loss mitigation and regulatory requirements are met before initiating foreclosure referral.Referral Management: Prepare and refer files to external state-specific attorneys (Judicial and Non-Judicial) for legal action.Foreclosure Holds: Implement and monitor holds on foreclosure timelines when borrowers are active in Loss Mitigation options (, forbearance, loan modification).Documentation: Ensure all required legal documents, property appraisals, and title work are accurate, compliant, and transmitted to counsel efficiently.Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delays, compliance risks, and exceptions within the foreclosure timeline to minimize institutional loss and adherence to investor/insurer guidelines.RequirementsRequirements:Minimum of 2 year of experience in US mortgage
