Job Description

Job Title: AWS Connect & Python Developer

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using AWS Connect for cloud-based contact center operations. Build and integrate Python-based backend services to support AWS Connect workflows. Develop Lambda functions, APIs, and automation scripts for call routing, data processing, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Implement security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM. Proficiency in Python for backend development and automation. Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing. Good understanding of contact center workflows, IVR, and call analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect). Experience in integrating third-party CRM or ticketing systems..
