JOB DETAILS
1.Data triage – JIRA ticket creation, escalation and triage. Understanding who is responsible for solving our customers' issues and making sure that the expectations are set and reached accordingly.2.RFP help - put together the data requirements (what we do or do not have available). This is "data gap analysis" to understand what we need to integrate to onboard new customers.
3.Document Editing – as we begin to build on existing requirements and processes, those need to be documented for our support staff and customers. This role will help to process document in addition to write specifications on some of our back-office suite of products.
4.Sales Engineer – get on calls with customers to gather requirements and/or understand their current pain points and assist in finding them a solution.
