The position requires expertise in research methodologies, advanced statistical tools, and domain knowledge relevant to the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from primary and secondary sources.Prepare comprehensive research reports, business intelligence summaries, and executive-level presentations.Develop forecasting models, statistical insights, and data-driven recommendations for internal and client use.Perform competitor analysis, benchmarking studies, and feasibility assessments to support business growth strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and strategy departments, to align research outcomes with business objectives.Maintain and enhance databases, research repositories, and data management systems.Validate research methodologies to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and relevance.Present insights to stakeholders through visual dashboards, charts, and formal presentations.Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and market trends to enhance research capabilities.Essential QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or strategic data interpretation.Proven experience in handling research projects, data-driven studies, and insights reporting.Skills RequiredStrong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.Deep understanding of research methodologies, sampling techniques, and statistical models.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create concise reports and business presentations.Familiarity with industry databases, market intelligence platforms, and CRM tools.Detail-oriented mindset with a high standard of accuracy and precision.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results within deadlines.
