Storage platforms: NetApp cluster mode, NetApp HCI, HP MSA, EMC Power Vault and Power Store, EMC Unity, EMC Isilon, XtremeIO, Hyperflex, CISCO MDS Switches, Pure Storage, Cloud Storage Snapshot and Replication technologies: Snapmirrors/Snapvaults/EMC Checkpoints (mandatory) Backup and Recovery platforms: Cohesity Data Protect and Dell EMC Networker (optional) Tape libraries from vendors like Oracle and Spectra logic or similar (Optional) Disaster Recovery technologies: (Including Storage, Data Base and Server based systems and Disaster Recovery of Backup catalogs) Knowledge of storage and backup encryption technologies Knowledge on OS (Linux and/or Wintel) with scripting skills (Mandatory)

Prospective candidates having following is an added advantage :

Having excellent interpersonal and leadership skills will be critical for success: success depends on building rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Have a wide degree of creativity and latitude to adjust to rapidly changing plans and circumstances. Experience working in a hybrid on-prem and public cloud environment. knowledge on Splunk queries and Splunk Dashboards along with Secure Copy , Robocopy (Essential) Certifications from major vendors like NetApp, Dell and Cohesity.

Experience:

15+ years of relevant Storage & Backup technologies.  Ability to work seamlessly with both vendors and internal stakeholders. Identify and drive efficiency improvement initiatives. Ability to escalate critical issues to internal and/or 3rd-parties, as appropriate, and communicate status and resolution to the team. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently while making sound decisions. Good knowledge of industry tools Job Requirements Details:

15+ years of IT-related work experience with a bachelor"s degree (Preferably Engineering but not Mandatory). 6+ years of experience leading projects/programs. HP, IBM, VAST, NCPA (NetApp certified), EMC Certified and any other OEM certified will be preferred Automation is desirable
