JOB DETAILS


1•Offering Quotation on e-Mails, Following up them on Phone and converting the Sales.
2• Handling Each and every enquiry / development work efficiently.
3• Enthusiastically keep engaging with Principal / Supplier for getting building strong relationship and
getting good offers and with customer for close relationship.
4• 1 Hour TAT to float any new enquiry/offer received, the same may vary depending upon the count and
type of enquiry/offer received.
5• Keeps Management Informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses. Data segregation and detail Discussion every
month and as and when required.
6• To meeting each New Customer once asap and meeting them again on Quarterly basis at least, if not
earlier for any work. May get opportunity to visit outstation customer and foreign suppliers for
development.
7• Hands-on Knowledge of Computers, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
8• Attending / Visiting Exhibition for meeting and getting new suppliers and customers.
9• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
10• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
11• Customer and Supplier Visits - To understand products offered / required by them. Wherever
necessary to take senior along.
12• Answering daily correspondence, handling enquiries, quotations, preparing orders LPO's and arranging
supplies, answering customers queries, getting quotes from the suppliers and arranging supplies as per
the orders in accordance with the customers requirements along with preparing invoices liaising with
the logistic departments and warehouse and monitoring smooth supplies till the customers required
point. Handling complaints if any and solving it till customers satisfaction.
13• Supporting college in work and In absence of them handling their work. Any other work related to
office and for Sales and compliances.
