Responsible for coordination with Airlines / GSA for quick pricing for Air Export inquiries.
Responsible for coordination Overseas Agents for quick pricing for Air Import inquiries.
Providing competitive rates and Airline options to Sales team or Direct Customers within set TAT time.
Follow up with Sales team or Direct Customers on quotes made.
Assist Sales Team to visit customers and close new business.
Responsible and supervise Customer Service and documentation executives in timely completion of all shipment related documentation.
Coordination with CHA / Transporters & various service providers for smooth execution of Air Export & Air Import shipments.
Job closing activities with timely billing to customers within set TAT time
Preparation of various MIS reports as required from management from time to time.
