Job description Role Summary:This is a mid-senior level position responsible for managing and evolving the company’s applicationlandscape. The individual will oversee the upkeep of existing systems (including LOS, LMS), developsmall in-house applications, and act as the internal project manager for all IT software developmentinitiatives involving external vendors. The role is closely integrated with Business, Product, andOperations teams, and provides a clear path to a future CTO role.Key Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot existing core applications (LOS/LMS/CRM/Accounting). Develop small-scale in-house software utilities/tools to address internal process needs. Lead and coordinate software development projects outsourced to external vendors. Work with business and product teams to gather requirements, prepare BRDs/PRDs, andensure timely and quality delivery from vendors. Maintain documentation and SOPs for system processes and workflows. Manage internal IT team members (junior developers or support staff). Ensure integration between various systems (e.g., LOS to LMS to Accounting). Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with internal andregulatory standards. Collaborate on building long-term IT roadmap aligned to business priorities.
