Automobile TechnicianAbout the CompanyOur client is an Indian multinational ride-sharing company that also operates in other business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.Role: Automobile TechnicianRoles and ResponsibilitiesCustomer HandlingGreet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesyVerify service requests and capture customer feedbackCommunicate repair updates to customersDiagnosisAnalyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairsUpdate diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management SystemPerform repairs and final inspections based on customer requestsSystem HandlingTrack customer complaints and update the system in real-timeOperate Workshop Management System and ensure full adherenceUpdate operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systemsCheck scooter health in Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosisTechnical RepairsPossess in-depth knowledge of OLA ScooterPerform repair and replacement of scooter partsStay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news bulletinsProcess and OperationalAdhere to processes at the Experience Centre and ensure clear bay markingsHandle invoicing and payment collectionsMaintain service bays for optimal functionalityParts OperationAudit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory matchPerform GRN and maintain inventory at the Experience CentreManage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshopSafety and ComplianceWear uniform and protective gear while repairing scootersProperly handle tool kits and use protective gearEnsure availability of fire-fighting equipment for safetyRequirementsRequirements:Only male candidatesMinimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduationMinimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sectorBenefitsSalary: ₹19000-23000 CTC per month including PF+ ESIC +Incentive
