Job Description We're looking for Manager - CS for delhi location for listed Company Qualification/Education- Qualified Company Secretary with at least 4-6 years of post qualification working experience with Listed Entity NOTE: Recent or past working experience in Listed NBFC is required. Budget- 18 LPA Key Responsibilities : 1) NBFC Compliances - NBFC Compliances (CIC and NBFC entities) - Co-ordination with RBI - RBI Inspections and related audits - NBFC related Corporate Governance 2) SEBI Laws - Ensuring compliance under the SEBI LODR (Debt Listed Entity) - Co-ordination with Stock Exchanges 3) Companies Act compliances - Companies Act Compliances - Board/ Committee Meetings: Agenda identification, compilation & finalization, actionable/ deliverables, minutes etc. 4) Insider Trading Policy - End-to-end compliances of Insider Trading Regulations - Ensuring Window closures and dissemination of the notices to impacted persons 5) Corporate Actions - Compliances / corporate actions for issuance of Listed NCDs, Commercial Papers etc. - Co-ordination with NSDL, CDSL, RTA etc. Corporate Governance and Senior Management communications - Real-time analysis of SEBI/ MCA/ RBI updates and ensuring communication to relevant functions - Circulating impact analysis to senior management Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
