Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Present and demonstrate DocOnline's products and services to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote DocOnline and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
