Position Overview

Develop, write and edit a variety of communication materials for internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, company announcements, letters from the senior leaders, policy and processes reminders, employee engagement messages, etc.Take charge of and elevate the monthly newsletter, presenting a comprehensive snapshot of the preceding month.Interview employees from across services, corporate functions to create compelling stories that are engaging and tied to the ResultsCX values.Conceptualize and execute company-wide campaigns for optimal impact and engagement.Collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring all communication aligns seamlessly with ResultsCX brand guidelines.Research and understand the needs of the audience and accordingly design and execute relevant communication in collaboration with HR teams.Continuously collaborate and anticipate the needs of business partners and the enabling functions and translate communication requirements into digital solutions.Formulate the initial draft of social media copy in adherence to ResultsCX guidelines.Stay abreast of the latest trends in communication and propose innovative approaches to enhance existing processes. Duties and Responsibilities

2-3 years of experience managing cross-department communicationsBachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldPassion in employee experience and developing communication that truly resonatesSolid problem-solving and time-management abilitiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsQualifications
